AFF architekten

This elegantly austere terrace in Berlin is the latest project by AFF Architekten, a small studio set up in 1999 by Martin Fröhlich, Sven Fröhlich and torsten Lockl. The apartment block was a collective build, with 11 friends pooling their resources to get the project off the ground. The result is a high-density terrace of 11 houses, each generously sized at a minimum of 120 sq m.
